Dog and Puppy Kibble
Testimonials
When you buy dog food, you're looking for nutrition.
Studies have shown that dogs were required to eat
3 to 4 times as much of an economy brand than a premium food to provide proper nutrition. Because lower cost foods contain fillers and low concentration energy and "nutrition", you have to feed more of the low quality food to provide your pet with the necessary energy just to survive (this is the goal of most dog foods, sustaining your pets existance, whether healthy or not, and have the best profit margin).

FLINT RIVER RANCH dog food will be cheaper to feed than other food costing less. There are 80 cups in a 20 lb. bag at a cost of 33 cents per cup. Daily feeding of 2 to 2.5 cups is 66 to 83 cents. Compare to a daily cost of 74 to 95 cents in feeding 3.5 to 5 cups of a food costing 19 to 21 cents per cup. Not to mention hundreds you could save in vet bills by having a healthier pet. You will be able to see the difference in your dog's healthy skin, coat and energy level. Healthy nutrition can also mean less medical bills. We believe your dog deserves the best possible food and health.

A word about puppies.
Puppies do not require extra protein concentration in their food, in fact it may be harmful to your puppy. Many breeders feel that companies produce puppy foods simply to make more money. Puppies do require more protein and nutrients than adults and attain this by eating more that adults. Just like most any baby animal.

This is Flint River Ranch's original formula. It is suitable for most dogs and puppies.

FEEDING GUIDE
Because the Kibble is high density, you feed 20%-25% less than other foods. Each serving delivers maximum nutrition without fillers, so you'll also notice a lower stool volume and less clean-up.
Feed your dog once or twice a day. Food requirements vary depending on climate, breed of dog and activity. Feed an amount that will maintain your dog's weight.
***In my experience, dogs generally need less than Flint River Ranch recommends. Especially if you are currently feeding less of a different brand.***
20-30 lbs. 1.0 to 1.5 Cups
40-50lbs. 2.0 to 2.2 Cups
60-70 lbs. 2.5 to 3.2 Cups
80-99 obs. 3.5 to 4.7 Cups

Always have fresh water available.
