Maybelle is shaping up to be such a nice little doe. She is not so laid back as her mom, but a bit more sensitive. She is a sweet doe. She is milking over 6 lbs per day as a yearling. She has a very nice udder and isn't hard to milk like many FF's. She has great breed character with a pretty little dished face and strong facial striping like her mom. She has lovely angulature of the hind legs, and a nice flat rump. She is also a great mother. She suprised me delivering a bit early, but had her bucklings up and dried off when I found them! She is already a bit taller than her dam, and is more dairy and refined.
She will be for sale after freshening next year as I am focused on the nubians and plan to only keep her dam, "Toggy" as far as Toggenburgs go, as she is one of my first does.
I would really like to see her go to a good show home.
